1995 Nissan Maxima - Car won't start

1995 Nissan Maxima 83k Miles - Hi, I have a few problems but this is currently the main one. (1) When I attempt to start my car, it makes a click sound and wont start. It does not click repeatadly. I replaced my starter last year and the battery seems ok since the lights and power options work fine. It seems as if there is not enough power to start the car. (2) My Tail lights do not work when my headlights are on. They work when I brake but only then. (3) My corner lights do not work as well. You guys are the best. PLEASE HELP ME

IF you can get to the starter, try rapping on it with a hammer while someone holds the key in the crank position.

The lights sound like a couple of bad bulbs. They are double filiment on one of the filiments in each bulb may be out.
