1995 Nissan Maxima Car seems like its locked

I just bought a 95 nissan maxima SE and bought as is. So I bought a battery and changed the oil. When I changed the oil it was very brown. I know the radiator has a leak and she said the head gasket blew out but. Shoul I just replace head gasket and radiator or what? Also I tried to start the car when the battery was in the car and the oil was changed and I turned the key and the lights just dimmed and it seemed like the car was locked. Can you help thanks.

You should replace both head gaskets and the radiator, if you want some life out of the car.

I also have reason to believe that your starter needs replacing. Try tapping the starter and start the car. If it starts, definitely you need a new one.
