the car will not run with out me putting gas in the pvc val also when I leave the car will not take the gas so I can go

Check the fuel pressure and test the throttle position sensor and aiflow mter

The car still will not crank I put a new fuel pump, distrubor, mass flow sensor and throttle sensor

Check the injectors if they're pulsing while cranking the engine over better yet use a noid lite on the injector harness should be flashing if not and there's power to it and not flashing there's a problem with the computer injector ground drivers. Or a missing ignition reference input signal.
