1986 Nissan Maxima heat comes on all the time

Full heat comes on all the time even with the control turn to lowest. I checked the vaccum hose, and it is OK. I had that happened before but it was the vaccum hose being loose. After plugging in the vaccum hose, the problem was solved.

Is that a electrical problem? The fan works

Check blower motor relay, if OK check the heater control switches.

On the left rear corner of engine compartment, should be blue in color.
