Nissan Altima 2003 V6 is loosing power

A month ago my car starting loosing power. Thank goodness I have another car. But I want to get this working. I was told that is could be the catalytic converter. Can you please shead some light on my problem. Please

There is still a lot of unknowns there. When is the car losing power? Under heavy acceleration, idle, uphill, when it's cold. Is there a check engine light. Has the car had a tune-up/oil change. How many miles since last service. These are are clues to help pinpoint your loss of potential to go from point A to point B
