Hi,

I have a 2002 Nissan Altima with 78479 miles, automatic transmission. Its Left break light has stopped working suddenly. All the other lights are working fine. Only the driver side break light is not working.
What should I do? I don't know much about cars.
Does it require the change of bulb? If yes then how can I change the bulb? Please tell me the detailed procedure so that I can do it at home.
Or if it is related to fuse. Where the fuse is located. How can I change that.

Thanks.

There's no special procedures-just go behind it in the trunk, figure it out could be hiding behind a plastic pop off panel, an if screwed in you got to remove the screws. Hold the bulb socket twist it to the left and out she goes. Inspect the filament on it if not open you have an open circuit for the left rear.
