98 Altima - Stalls/dies at idle

My 1998 Nissan Altima is having some issues. For the past week the car has been jerking and shaking alot. When at an idle it feels like it is going to die if I'm stopped for too long. Kind of like it's runing out of gas. Over the last few days if feels like it going to stall while I'm actually driving. I just want to get some kind of idea what the problem is.

Did you ever find out what was wrong? My 93 is doing the exact same thing, and we've tried alot of different things. I would reall appreciate your help. Thank you in advance.

No I still can't figure out what's going on with it. The repair shop gave it a tune up, and it ran better for a couple days, but then back to the same thing. Someone told me it might be the motor mount or a vacuum leak. Let me know if you have any information.
