I have a 2005 nissan altima and I had raced a buddy of minds at when I was at the stop light at low idel I started hearing a slight knocking sound. And when I start my car in the morning you can not hear it only after driving it for a while. What can it be should I have to worry

You may have over revved the engine and damaged a bearing, I would start with an oil pressure test with a mechanical gauge and report back the findings, you can also get an oil analysis done to check for bearing material in the oil.
