2002 Nissan Altima stalling on take off

Hello, my engine cuts off right after you start it the first time. Next try it starts okay. Then intermittently it will stall when giving it gas on take off, and after shifting gears. It doesn't die but stalls and will not accelerate until (what is seems like) the engine catches up.

First thing your gonna want to check is your ilde air control valve.

Thanks for the quick respone. Is the idle air control valve located in the area of the air intake system. If not can you tell me where it is.

Yes it is should be connected right to the throttle body

I think it might be the o2 sensor, I see two of them and I heard the one "before" controls the fuel mixture. There is one on the upper part of the engine(angled up a little) and one futher down. Which one is the "before" sensor?(They are both running to the same connector near engine wall. Any info would be appreciated, thanks a milion!
