My car has not started on a few occasions after being driven for less than 20 minutes and parked for less than 5 minutes while I run inside to get something. The car doesn't even crank over, and all my electrical stuff like radio and clock all reset. After about 5 minutes of waiting, it will start again. My battery is about 3.5 years old, is this a battery issue or is there something wrong with my electrical circuit? It shut off on me while driving once, and AAA came with a jumpstart kit, the guy said my start, alternater, and battery were all fine, but I'm thinking the battery needs replacing.

HI there,

Get the battery fully charged and have it load tested, this is the only way to test a battery condition, if this is ok, re post and we will look further.
