1984 Nissan 300ZX engine turns but does not start

1984 Nissan 300ZX 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

i recently purchased this car it has been sitting for about 1 1/2 years and when I try to start it she will sputter and there will be a very rich smell from the exaust I got it to start up a few times but she idles rough and there is alot of blue smoke. Could the spark plugs be fouled out?

Ther are 3 colors of smoke, white, blackish gray, and blue, whit is water, blackish gray is fuel (usually to much) and blue is oil, u may want to check the compression in the motor you may have blow by on ur rings, another leaking item could be the valves
