I'm looking for a good stage 2 build for a 5.3. I just want to know what cam, rods, springs and anything important I'll need for it to make sure it's a solid build. I'm new to this but want to do it.

Ryan, who runs this site's YouTube page and is in the videos, just released a complete build of an LS engine.
