Need help getting the last middle Bolt?

Im pulling the oil pan an replacing it an I can't get the last middle bolt pn the right side of the oil pan it's blocked by the frame underneath I took the tire off removed the access panel an tried getting it that way the heroic balancer is in the way I dont have a torque wrench sl I really don't want to take off the harmonic balancer how do u remove the last bolt

Can you upload an image of what you are seeing? I would try using a 1/4 inch drive extension and a 10mm universal socket. Here is a diagram I don't see why you would nee to remove the harmonic balancer? Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes

You may want to check if loosening an engine mount and lifting the engine with a crossbar would help. That will generally get you an inch or two of extra room.
