Okay, my vehicle will start and run until I go to start up a hill then I can pump gas pedal and it will run a little longer but then stalls out.

Check engine light on? Does it run okay on the flats and only stalls going up-hill? How does it stall out? Like you turned off the key or like it runs out of gas?

It will do it on flats some and it like it ran out of gas. Check engine light on and as it shuts off it flashes but will start right back up most of the time. Changed the following already; spider, fuel pump, distributor cap and button, fuel filter, oil filter, air filter, oil cooling lines and connectors, EGR valve.

Check the wiring and the signal from the crank position sensor. Also, the wiring to the O2 sensors. That likes to hit the exhaust and short out the 02 sensors.
