My vehicle listed above has an issue of losing power after moving for about 12 kilometers and then regains after removing battery terminals. It does the same after some distance again. When parked for a few minutes it works perfectly. I recently serviced it I changed the fuel pump.

So when you say it "Loses Power" do you mean electrical power like all the light go dead or engine power like it won't go up a hill or accelerate?

It can’t go up the hill. Until I switch it off and remove the battery terminals or wait for some time. That’s when it becomes normal again.
And it repeats after some time.

Okay, then it is a computer problem, or one of the catalytic converters has broken apart and blocks the exhaust system outlet, then when you shut it off it unblocks until you need power. I would tap the exhaust system with a rubber mallet to see if you can hear anything rattling around. Also need should run the codes to see if any are stored. The car can be going into limp mode due to a bad throttle body or something, here are two guides for you to go over which will help us fix it.
