Speedometer stops at 25 mph

My speedometer stops at 25 mph when at rest. Is there way to fix it? Do I have to replace a certain part such as a sensor or do I have to adjust something?

Hey KEGAN12,

Please find instructions below to carry out a cluster test. The calibration test should run the needle through a sweep of positions from 0mph to the end of the gauge travel.

If you run this test does the speedometer run all the way through the sweep?
