Oil pressure has been running high and there is a noise coming from the engine

I recently purchased this car. I took car back to the man I bought it from and he said he did a diagnostic computer check and drove it. Shifted as it should, drove as it should and nothing showed up on the codes. But when I drove it it made that terrible noise from the engine. Is there anyway to tell if the engine block is cracked or if it has a blown head gasket?

This is possibly related depending on the noise it is making.

Can you get a recording of this noise and when it is making the noise? At idle? Revving the engine?

However, I would suggest starting with the noise because if it is an engine knock then the oil pressure doesn't matter because it is going to need to have an engine replacement or rebuild.
