Whenever I turn my car off the radio light and the mileage stays on and in order to turned them off I have to disconnect one of the battery cables. I don't know if it's normal for the mileage to stay on. What can I do because every time I want to start the car again I have to connect the battery cable back. Please help!

The digital mileage display is supposed to remain ON.

The radio is supposed to turn off once the key is removed from the Ignition or by turning it off before the key is removed.

If you can not turn the radio off, then you have a radio problem.

If the radio does not turn off by removing the key, then the ignition switch is bad or the radio is not wired correctly (aftermarket radio).

Post a picture of the radio light that you are talking about.

The radio display should be wired so that it illuminates when the headlight switch is turned ON. The brightness can then be adjusted via
the dimmer switch.

Your vehicle may leave your cluster info on, until it goes into "sleep mode" how long is it staying on? Should only be around a minute.

As you can see in the video link below... the digital display remains on after the key is removed (hard to see).
