My front driver side seat will not stay in place the back part

My son got into my car n when he leaned back it push the back part all the way back. I try to use the handle to a just my seat but it do not hold it. I am thinking it just need to to be put back in place for the handle to to grip it, I just do not know what am I looking for and what I can do to maybe fix it if it can be fix. Can someone help me please?

Hello,

Yep it could be the lever just needs to be put back. It looks like there is a handle by the front up the seat.
