Engine will not start

My van will not start, also my radio, turn signals, windshield wipers are also not working, but interior lights horn work. The dash is not working like it shows mileage but fuel gauge does not, move no dash lights come on and there is no clicking sound. My windows do not go down either but as stated earlier horn lights brakes etc work. Please help!

Hello,

It sounds like you have a fuse that is blown which could have happened when the battery was replaced.
