My car will not start, I suspected the starter?

The issues I had I thought might be a starter issue, the car will crank and won't start but the battery powers everything in the car at once fine. I'll post a video.

If it cranks over but doesn't start it's likely not the starter. As for the battery powering the car, the starter draw is much higher than the other items and a low battery or a bad connection could also cause it to not start. Please post the video and add any other information possible. Such as when cranking do the lights dim or go out? Have you had any other issues with it? Are there any aftermarket items installed like remote start or aftermarket radio?

The lights don't go dim at all, and I've had no other issues with the car, in the video you will see what looks like a headlight flashing but that is just my phone reflection. There are no other special additions or aftermarket parts.

Hmm, I got the video, but I don't hear any sound. Describe what it does when you try to start it and any lights that are on the dash.
