My car will not go over 60 mph

Hello, I'm Danny.

The first thing that needs to be done is determine what is causing the problem with your car. Is the check engine light on ? If so that means a diagnostic fault code is stored in your cars computer. We need to retrieve that information. Here is a tutorial what is involved for checking diagnostic codes:

If you don't have access to a code reader or scanner most auto parts stores have tool loaner programs and can rent you one. Auto parts stores like AutoZone can check codes for free. Once you perform this test get back to us with the code information and we can then properly diagnose what the issue is with going on with your car. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
