Hello,
My car is turning over but it will not crank.

Good morning.

You need three things for the engine to start. Spark, fuel pressure and compression.
You need to see if any spark is getting to the plugs. Remove a spark plug wire and ground the wire with a screw driver and crank the engine and see if there is any spark
If you have any carburetor cleaner, spray some into the air filter and see if it starts and stalls.
