Slow acceleration and loud engine noise at low RPM

Whenever I accelerate from low speeds, the engine produces a loud sound and is a bit slow in accelerating. What could the problem be?

Hello,

It sounds like you have a plugged catalytic converter. Here are two guides that will help us find the problem. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response.
