My Car Squeaks when turning the wheel, going over bumps and getting in and out car?

A couple months ago I got all new coils springs, Shocks, and struts but now the front of the car squeaks when turning wheel, going over bumps, and getting in and out car am very curious what this may be. Also recently my heat/air stop coming out the front vent it works just fine coming out the windshield and floor wondering what the problem may be.

Check for a vacuum leak for air problem it may have a vacuum motor that isn't working right under the dash. And check to seeif the rubber was put back in when the new stuff was installed, you may have to spray some white grease by bottom of spring
