Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.com.

To start, what type of service was done? If the vehicle has lost spark, the first thing I would check would be if any trouble codes are stored in the computer.

Here is a quick video discussing the use of a scanner:

If no trouble codes are found, I recommend getting a live scanner and checking the crankshaft sensor for a signal when you try to start it. Keep in mind, most scanners will read the codes. However, if you have one which can read Volkswagen/Audi (VAG) codes, chances are you will have better luck. If you find the crank sensor is not sending a signal, that is where the problem is starting. I have attached a picture of its location for you. Locate item number 7.

If you do find a code P0322 or VAG 16706, most likely the sensor is bad or disconnected.

Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.

Take care,
Joe
