I am trying to start car and it won't turn over at all. All I'm getting is a rapid clicking when I try to start it. I bought a new starter and it didn't change anything and my battery was tested and it's still good. Please help.

Welcome to 2CarPros. Rapid clicking is usually a sign of low amperage to the starter, either from a bad connection or a bad battery. In your case the battery tested good so I would look at the battery cables and their connections first. They need to be clean and tight to transfer full power to the starter. The cables themselves can also be a problem. They can corrode inside the insulation and not transfer full power.
