While swapping out factory stereo for aftermarket stereo a wire came loose causing a spark now multiple electrical components stopped.

We were switching out the factory radio for a after market one and one of the wires came loose and caused a spark. Since the spark the windshield wipers have stopped working, the A/C no longer blows cold air, the gas gauges stopped working as well. We have checked the fuses and they don't seemed to be ruined. We don't know what else could be the issue. Edit to post; getting Electronic throttle control warning light as well.

It sounds like you shorted out the TIPM module which is common to go out anyway. To be sure this video will help do a CAN scan to confirm the issue with instruction in the diagrams below on how to change the TIPM which is easy because it self initializes.
