Multiple codes p171 p1074, and p0430

Hello, my SUV is showing codes p171 p1074, and p0430. replaced EGR purge, MAF, bank2 sensor 1 o2 sensor . Car will turn over shriek like if Bendix was stuck, then I have to turn key 3 times before cranking to get it to start. puffed smoke they EGR intake to manifold no leaks found this way. I have access to scanner with live data . Codes still on and running rough mpg currently at 8. thank you

Good afternoon,

The 430 is a code for the bank 2 catalytic converter. That needs to be replaced.

The 171,174 codes are lean running codes. I would start by checking the fuel pressure. Low fuel pressure is the most common reason for this code.
