In the morning when the car is cold it will not start. The engine turns over but will not start.
When the sun comes out and warms the car up under the hood, it warms up a bit then the engine will start.

Check for wet parts like coils/plug wires, distributor cap (if you have one). check fuel pressure as well it may not have enough or line may be freezing with ice/partially blocked. check all fuses under hood as well. See link.
