A month ago my car x-trail mixed water and oil in the engine. I removed the head to be skimmed it came back and then I put back everything and started the car. It was running nicely, but now it is mixing again what should I do?

The fact that this has been month, we would be making a mistake to assume this is not a head gasket again.

Here is a guide that will help with this issue:

However, what I suspect happened is the head is warped and the replacement head gasket is not the issue. The issue is the head is not able to seal against the block, so it is causing this to mix again.

If I am correct, then it should fail a head gasket test.

Here is a guide to do this:

Please run through this info and let us know what you find with this.

Thanks
