The wagon has done 225,271 kms.
I changed the radiator fluid for new coolant 2days ago and now the car keeps over heating & blowing lots of white smoke/steam from the exhausts it is also chugging when we pull away from any stationary position (like its only fire-ring on 5 cylinders). I checked the oil level and removed the oil cap from the engine head and there was a milky residue on the cap. Any advice will be very appreciated?

With what you have told me it sounds like you have a blown head gasket and it is letting water in the oil. I would have a compression test done on the engine. And a pressure test done on the cooling system this will tell you so much more.
