A 1986 eclipse milage is 100,542 the model # is D31AMRJML94 . The acc come on and all driver panel lights eluminate. However when I try to start it is makes a sound that its not getting gas, maybe the choke? Yes it has gas, and when I had it towed the driver almost got it started with starter spray. Could it be the choke fuse. I had someone look at it and they told me it was the computer. I dont believe it. I just had the heads replaced and ive had it 2months and already put 2,000 just to keep it on the road. Not to mention both handle doors are broken, one came completly off. Please Help I love this car, damsel in destress, becky :(

The computer in these vehicles is a possibility. They seem prone to failure at times, but, there is a troubleshooting procedure for ignition problems. You should have the ignition properly diagnosed to confirm it is in fact the computer for, there are other components that can cause a no start. If you are a DIYer, with a detailed repair manual and a multimeter, backprobing the harness to the computer can be done with these items in lieu of a breakout box if neccessary. Testing procedures for the ignition curcuit and components can eliminate components that are within range per manufacturers specs.
However, I would suggest a reputable repair center if you are not mechanically inclined.
