Car cranks but will not start

I just dropped a rebuilt 420a non turbo engine into my 98 eclipse rs it has eagle h beam rods, wiseco 10.5:1 compression pistons, crane stage 1 cams, and aem cam gears installed in it. The motor is all hooked up and when I go to start it the engine cranks and sputters like it is about to start but wont. I checked to see if I was gettin fuel into the fuel rail and there is any idea as to what the problem is?

I checked my spark plugs today and only the number 3 cylinder looks like it is tryin to fire. Hope this can help someone try to help me

I have the same problem in my eclipse I buy a new msd coil and that no help me in enithing try to chek your cranks sensor it is close to the oilf filter
