1991 Mitsubishi Eclipse 1.8 (no turbo) WONT START

There is no spark going to the plugs, the dash lights up and so forth. I switched out the distributor system with one I know works as same with a computer. The plugs and wires are working as well but still no spark but it turns over. And im lost as to what it could be.

Mine is a 2.0 but it did the same thing and it was actually the crankshaft position sensor so I would check that out.
