2003 Mitsubishi Galant 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

how do I replace the the rear passenger side axel bearing (outer)? Its making a grinding, knocking, clicking sound also when I jack the car up I can grab the brake disc it woobles about a quarter inch to half inch. Do I need some type of puller tool?

The hub unbolts then you have to use a bearing spliter with a press to press it on and off. Your best bet would be to unbolt the hub there's 4 bolt's holding it on from the backside and take it to a machine shop and have them press the new bearing on and off the hub for you.
