Low idle can be a number of things. Could be throttle control sensor, idle speed, or you could need a tune up. Are your plugs up to date? Also see vacuum leaks EGR valve air filter fuel filter. Do you have a lack of power or just low idle?

Well I recently put new spark plugs and new cables, but this started since I clean the throttle with carbulator cleaner and since than it has been running while in park at 1000. Well when I put it on gear the car idles at 650 rpms and there is no rough idle. Also, while running in shift a little hard. Thanks for the help

Donate a few dollars to get a pro to help. Low idle may not be all that bad, may just need turned up. Go to a auto part store and have them pull the codes. Advanced and auto zone do it for free. Check your trns fluid. If you still have plenty of pick up with gas pushed in, check that air filter and fuel filter. Fuel pump may also be going.
