lost power and died will spin over but will not start timeing belt ok has new cps not showing rpm when engine is spining has fuel no spark

The first t hing I would like you to do is do a scan and check for any unresolved fault codes, not all codes will set the MIL light, you may have a faulty crank or cam sensor, start here and let me know what you find.
