1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse fuel pump

Where is the fuel pump relay and fuel shut off control? I have a vehicle that is getting spark but no fuel to the fuel rail and I have hard wired the pump to test it off the battery and it does work just not getting any power to the pump when it is installed on the harness

Fuel pump relay for the 2.0L non-turbo is at left rear of engine compartment, no bracket.

Fuel pump relay for the 2.0L turbo & 2.4L is behind center of dash.

Not equipped with a fuel cut-off (inertia) switch.
