1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse

I have a 95 eclipse and the car ran but the alternator was bad. I changed it and now the car turns on but shuts off. But the alternator was brand new. Could it be something wrong with the computer?

Hi there,

The first thing that we need to do is check the ECU for any unresolved fault codes, we also need to know if when it shuts down do you loose spark, fuel pressure or injector pulse, is this something that you are able to do?
