Code P1750

My car posts this error but after the shop and dealership replaced the solenoid assembly - both OEM and non OEM parts, the error code still comes up.
Where to look now?

At that point, I think it is something other then the solenoid. However, we need to find out which solenoid they replaced? Did they replace all 3 that this code monitors or just one? They are listed in the attachments.

Next we need to go through the testing to find out what the issue is. I assume they did this and if they did, they should come up with some readings if you ask for their notes. Otherwise we are going to have to do the testing to find out.

Also, the first attachment lists what can cause this and they list solenoids and the control module. So we need to run through this and find out what the readings are because it could also be wiring.
