Radiator leaked, transmission fluid and water mixed together and it ran about three quarters hot. Replaced radiator, transmission fluid, filter, oil and filter, flushed out block. Now started it is misfiring as it was not when I shut it off to repair it. Took battery cables off let stand twenty four hours, same thing

Good morning.

The cooler in the radiator caused the fluid mixing. You have taken care of that issue.

Sid you change the thermostat as well? I would do that as it may have been the reason for the running hot or you did not have enough coolant in the system.

As far as the missing, I would start with a compression test to be sure it is not an internal issue with the engine. Then I would look to the plugs and coils.

Do you have any codes in the system?

Removing the battery cables does absolutely nothing.
