Misses and runs rough

Actually it is a 2002 8.1 liter Vortex Workhorse Fleetwood Terra Motorhome with 43,000 miles. It is running rough, missing when running. Today we put in new plugs and fuel filter. Just wondering what else it could be? I thought it might be a vacuum leak, but there is not really any where to check. We were thinking it might be one of the sensors what do you think?

First thing is to check intake manifold bolts they may be loose because of being small that happened a lot. torque to about 10 foot lbs. then scan for codes to see what codes come up if it is a random misfire have a mechanic do it because it can be any sensor bad. Also, check fuel pressure with a gauge that will do it as well. See link:
