Misfire/loss of power

I bought this car few months ago.
Recently facing a problem that my car starts to misfire/power loss after warming up (running for one hour). The misfire becomes more dominant once car is under load climbing a hill.
But when turned off engine misfire goes and comes back after five to ten minutes.
But while running cold or going on short trip car engine do not misfire even under load climbing on hill.
The engine is a 4g18.
Kindly suggest solution as well as what impact this problem can make on engine if not solved for long.

Hello thanks for using 2CarPros.

we have many things that can make misfire,ignition coil,spark plug and wires,injector,and engine compression.first read the fault codes to know which cylinder is misfiring.check the spark plug condition if not appear visually defect as in fig 2 then swap to another cylinder then recheck.
