The truck will misfire and sometimes come to a complete skip. The problem gets worse the farther the gas pedal gets pressed. I got a cam sensor code and changed the sensor. I got cylinder 4, 5, 10, misfire. I replaced coils on cylinders 3, 4, 5, 10 and 9 and spark plugs all the way around. I have had no codes since then, but the problem still persists. Torque ran a $06 test and came back with:

TID: $04 CID: $11
High sensor voltage for switch time calculations

Min:119 Max:768
Current:0

TID: $04 CID: $21
High sensor voltage for switch time calculations

Min:119 Max:768
Current:0

What scanner did you use to get these codes? They make no sense. Can you rescan the truck for codes by going over this guide please?

Please upload a shirt video of the problem so we can see what's going on. Is the engine missing or shutting off momentarily like it is a lack of fuel? Also, I would replace the remainder of the ignition coils. I have seen a clogged fuel filter or a bad MAF sensor cause these kinds of problems and not trigger a trouble code. Both are regular service items. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

I was using the Torque app under the testing tab. I have not had any codes from the truck in a long time. The stuff I did get was from a mode $06 test.

The truck has never died on me. It runs fairly smooth on idle. But when it gets warm it is skipping enough to have no power.

Misfires don't always cause codes, but you should be able to see the misfire count on the scanner. To confirm I would double check the spark plugs to make sure one or more is not cracked and that the engine has all new ignition coils. Also, I would install a new MAF sensor and fuel filter.
