I've put new plugs, ignition coils, injectors, fuel pump, alternator, cam and crank sensors, intake and exhaust gaskets, head gasket, and battery. Running lean. Engine light comes on under load. I've replaced MAP sensor also. Haven't replaced o2 sensors ecu brain or mass air flow sensor. Codes are po301 and p2191. What could be wrong?

So we need to monitor the o2 sensor information just to find out what it is telling the PCM. Clearly we can assume it is telling the PCM that the exhaust is lean. But if this is faulty information then it could be causing this type of issue.

The next thing we need to eliminate is a mechanical issue by checking the compression on cylinder 1 and then finding out if there is a vacuum leak by checking the engine vacuum with a gauge.

Let me know what you find and we can go from there. Thanks
