Just replaced spider injectors with the upgraded injectors

Can still feel a slight misfire at idle and while driving

I'm getting a misfire on #1, and STFT starts in range, but then moves up to 25%

New wires and plugs, smoke test shows no vacuum leaks, also not finding any exhaust leak

I'm going to try cleaning the MAF, swap plug wires to see if one is faulty, along with verifying the cap and rotor are Ok. Guess I'll check the fuel pressure while I'm at it

do not have equipment to perform leak down test

IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE I'M MISSING?

Thanks for any and all thoughts

UPDATE

I cleaned the MAF, installed new cap / rotor, checked resistance on plug wires and verified I was getting 60 PSI fuel

STFT numbers Bank 1 have fallen more in line, 0- 10. LTFT now moves about as fast as the short-term from 10 - 18, when it was below 10 all previous tests

And now bank 2 is showing negative fuel trim -10 to -20, where as it was fine an hour before during the test drive before replacing cap and rotor

To top it off it now is throwing a p0300 random misfire, where it was just a 301 all previous times

I'm going to double check all my work next time

When I was just chasing the #1 misfire, I was thinking the injector tip may have been clogged while installing the new spider?
. While watching live data, 02 voltage and STFT seem to look just fine, wasn't seeing a rich condition, and they were moving in conjunction with each other as they should. Wouldn't that mean that there is not excess fuel making it through?

Any thoughts or ideas are greatly appreciated

Yep, I would remove the #1 spark plug and see what it looks like, (light or dark color) this can help tell you if the injector is not spraying correctly, Also I would do a compression test to see if it is low, this guide can help

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-test-engine-compression

So if the compression is low it will misfire and cause a lean condition which will cause the STFT readings you are seeing. Also, make sure the plug, plug wire, cap and rotor are in good shape, can I ask if the injector was an AC Delco unit? Also, if the engine is in good shape I would get a new MAF sensor. Cleaning it sometimes can make the problem worse.

Update

Compression test showed even over all cylinders

Installed new plugs after taking compression test

New cap, rotor and wires

Smoke test showed no vacuum leaks

Not seeing any exhaust leaks

Replaced downstream 02 sensor, but it's still steady.035. For the first minute it read about 2.5, but then fell back to a steady.035

All live data readings look normal, except for STFT B1 at +15.

The replacement spider was an upgraded aftermarket unit. The only thing I can think is that it's faulty, and maybe I should switch back to an original style spider with the poppets

This one's got me scratching my head, any and all help is greatly appreciated

Yep, the system is trying to richen up, I would get an AC Delco part to help fix the problem. Also, I would remove the EGR valve and check it for leaks, this video can help

Please go over this guide and get back to us.
