1993 Mercury Tracer engine sensor problems

My car starts and drives normal but after car cycles through heatup to running temp and you park it the car refuses to start untill the engine is completely cool the cooling fan is stuck on I already replaced the fan relay and sensor and did a tune up please help im running outta things to think of lol

You park it the car refuses to start

When it does this-immediately look for fuel and spark one of this is gonna be missing and comeback and tell us.

Well unfortunately its missing neither plenty of fuel at the rail and spark is present also

Sounds like the coolant temperature sensor is saying it is too hot and the pcm is adding too much fuel cuasing the no start. Pcm thinks it's too hot so it tells the fan to stay on. Eventually the temp sensor makes a change back to normal when all is ambient would be my thought.
