2003 Mercury Sable STARTING

Acts like the batery is dead. Batery is fine though, tryed jumping the silanoid the bindix wont kick out. It will turn over after it sounds like the fuel pump kicks in from the key, after a slight hesatation and a slight arking sound it will then turn over fast but wont start. There is plenty of gas in the tank too. What should I do now?

Tryed jumping the silanoid the bindix wont kick out-if you did this and still won't engage the engine-you have a problem with the starter-jumping the starter like that bypasses the starter control circuit-it should crank with or w/o the key.
