Six cylinder two wheel drive automatic.

I changed the alternator but now the serpentine belt is really loose. I am sure I have the routing of the belt wrong but cannot find the right way to do it.

You have a lot of diagrams when I pull up my car, is there a way to tell exactly which diagram is for my car? I see diagram type numbers at bottom of each diagram. How do you tell which one is for my car?

The diagram is for 3.0 VIN number U.

Check the eighth digit of VIN number. Should be driver corner of dash, look through the windshield.
